Yesterday, Uke Hunt made it to the top of Boat Paddle's Top 50 Ukulele Sites . I'm really chuffed about it. I owe everyone who has visited, comment, emailed a really big thanks. THANKS!

Things really seemed to have picked up since Christmas. I had made the - in retrospect idiotic - decision to take a break from blogging on the premise that no one was going to be on the web over Christmas. How wrong I was. More people turned up to my blog on Christmas Day than had done on any day before or since. Obvious when you think about it.

I'm not entirely sure if I'll be staying on top of the list. I've had some traffic boost in the last week or two that aren't likely to garner many long term readers. Jonathan Coulton sent a load of people to my blog when he mentioned sweetafton's video win. And also three separate forums were debating whether I knew if the name of my blog was rude when you said it out loud.

Last week also saw the blog head past some big milestones. It went over 100,000 visits and 500,000 page views. All in all, it's been going quite well. So THANKS again.
